These recipes have been taken from other sources including books, the internet and someone's grandmother's fading memory. Authors are acknowledged at the back of the book, with links to the original sources, where available online, so you can continue your exploration of bakery. While the words may be theirs' the layout has largely been standardised and errors are all mine. As this exercise is purely for charity I hope that the authors don't sue me!
